Future Route Limited (trading as, and in this document referred to as, CreditPal, we, our or us) has created this privacy policy ("Policy") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the CreditPal website (the "Site") is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our customers, we have established this Policy as a means of communicating our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Policy and will provide notification of this at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.

Customer's credit card information:

CreditPal never store a customer's credit card information.

Where we store your personal data:

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storage or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site. Once we receive your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

All financial and billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for the Service. This billing information is not used by us for marketing or promotional purposes. We use a third party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retrain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing.

Users of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information. We will not review, share, distribute, print or reference any such data except as provided in our terms of use, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue or suspected violation of our terms of use, or as may be required by law.

If you elect to use our referral service for informing a friend about the Site, we ask you for the friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Site. We do not store this information.

We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the Companies Act 1985. In addition to the above, we may disclose your personal information to third parties:

When you interact with the Site we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful. When you come to our Site, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors have visited the Site previously.

Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognise your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to CreditPal, either by responding to a promotional offer, opening an account, or registering for the Service (including any trial of the Service) you remain anonymous to CreditPal. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you've closed your browser or turned off your computer. They include such information as a unique identifier for your browser.

CreditPal uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. This information allows CreditPal to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you've logged in and are required in order to use the CreditPal application. CreditPal uses persistent cookies, that only CreditPal can read and use, to identify the fact that you are a CreditPal customer or prior CreditPal Site visitor (whatever the case may be). We are especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. For example, we do not store account numbers or passwords in persistent cookies. Users who disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our Site but will not be able to successfully use our Service.

Third Party Cookies: We may from time to time engage third parties to track and analyse non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our website to help us administer our Site and improve its quality. Such third parties may use cookies to help track visitor behaviour. Such cookies will not be used to associate individual website visitors to any personally identifiable information. All data collected by such third parties on behalf of CreditPal is used only to provide us with information on site usage and is not shared with any other third parties.

Security:

Our Site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. When our Site is accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 6 or higher, or Firefox version 1 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe, secure and available only to use. CreditPal also hosts the Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, CreditPal provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help to prevent unauthorised access and use of data and maintain data accuracy.

Opt-out policy:

CreditPal offers its visitors and customers a means to choose how we may use information provided. If, at any time after registering for information or ordering the Service, you change your mind about receiving information from us simply send your request by communicating through our Support Centre.
